This charcoal piece was inspired by my own delightfully judgmental chickens. Forever the bird nerd, I absolutely love keeping chickens and wanted to capture their quirky little personalities in this piece. There's something endlessly entertaining about the way chickens look at you—with that head-tilted, one-eyed stare that seems to assess your every move. They're full of attitude, curiosity, and character, and I hope this piece celebrates all the charm and sass that makes chickens such wonderfully entertaining companions.
